Current ownership invested approximately $800,000 to fully renovate the Hotel. Capital investment included extensive landscaping, structural repairs, electrical upgrades, new heating and air conditioning, state-of-the-art security installation and full guest room, bathroom and corridor renovations, amongst other items.
